LKQ Atracco is seeking engaged and driven dismantlers for their brand new facility in Västerhaninge!
As a dismantler, you will work in their reverse manufacturing facility, where you will primarily dismantle end-of-life and collision-damaged vehicles. The work involves taking apart vehicles, handling tires and washing parts, as well as inspecting them to ensure high quality. You will also receive incoming vehicles, be responsible for testing and decontamination, and work with various car makes and models. You will be part of the workshop department and play an important role in ensuring that parts are in good condition before they proceed through the reuse chain. LKQ Atracco offers meaningful work in a competent team with experienced colleagues who will introduce you to the working methods and processes.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in vehicles and technology—perhaps you have worked on cars in your garage in your spare time or worked professionally with vehicles. If you have a secondary education in vehicle technology or previous experience from the automotive industry, that's a plus, but what matters most is that you are practically minded, handy, and willing to learn more. You have fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You also have good IT skills and experience working in various systems. A B-category driving license is a requirement.
As a person, we would appreciate it if you are thorough and structured in your work approach, take responsibility for your tasks, and have good collaboration skills. You also need to be flexible and able to handle different types of work tasks throughout the day.
