Demand Generation & Outbound Specialist

At WorkNordic, we help companies across the Nordic region find the right talent in healthcare, industry, construction, and transportation, among other sectors. Over the past few years, we've grown significantly, and now we want to take the next step in how we approach digital lead generation. We are therefore seeking a Demand Generation & Outbound Specialist who wants to develop our B2B outbound, email marketing, and AI initiatives. This is a new role for us. You will have significant responsibility and work closely with company leadership with the goal of creating more business opportunities through smarter campaigns, better data, and modern automation. About the Role You will, among other things: Plan, build, and optimize email campaigns targeting companies across the Nordic region. Improve deliverability, response rates, and conversion. Use AI to create more relevant and personalized outreach. Segment target audiences and develop new campaign strategies. Build smart automation between our systems. Work with LinkedIn and other channels as part of the outbound process. Conduct A/B tests and analyze results. Find new ways to create more business opportunities. We want you to continuously test new ideas and drive development forward. Who Are You? We believe you have a few years of experience in areas such as: Demand Generation Marketing Automation Email Marketing Growth Marketing B2B Marketing Outbound You don't need to be an expert in everything. What matters most is that you enjoy analyzing, improving, and experimenting. We believe that you: Have worked on email campaigns targeting businesses. Understand how to build campaigns that lead to dialogue and business deals. Are experienced in analyzing results and optimizing campaigns. Have a strong interest in AI and enjoy using it in your work. Like testing new tools and approaches. Are self-driven and thrive with significant responsibility. Experience with tools such as Instantly, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar is a plus, but what matters most is that you quickly learn new tools and have a strong interest in modern B2B marketing.
