About the position As Deputy Project Manager, Technology, you are responsible for the overall technical aspects of the local implementation of our new electronic health record system. Your main task is to ensure that systems, architecture, and integrations function as a stable and secure unit. You translate the overarching solution design into a functioning local implementation that meets our high requirements for performance, information security, and operational reliability. You work closely with other deputy project managers (including for operations and informatics) and direct and coordinate technical resources within the IT organization. In your day-to-day work, you drive technical planning, from early establishment and configuration through testing, go-live, and stabilization. This involves identifying technical risks, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that our test and production environments function flawlessly. We are looking for you who - Are structured and analytical with an ability to see the complete technical picture and understand complex dependencies - Are solution-oriented and confident in making quick, well-founded decisions on technical matters - Have excellent communication skills and can act as a bridge between technology and business - Enjoy leading and motivating experts without having direct line responsibility Qualifications Requirements: - Solid experience leading technical aspects of large IT implementations - Broad technical competence in architecture, integration, infrastructure, and operations - Experience with cross-functional technical coordination and vendor management in complex system landscapes - Good understanding of information security, compliance, and accessibility requirements - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Merits: - Experience with critical operational systems, preferably electronic health records or other healthcare IT - Experience in project management and change management - Experience in test management, deployment, or technical verification - Experience collaborating between IT, operations, and external vendors - Experience with integration projects, identity management, client platforms, networks, or other technical infrastructure About the recruitment process Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period.
