About the Role As Deputy Project Manager Production, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the production portion of a customer project. You ensure that activities, deliverables, resources, and costs follow established plans and goals while driving collaboration between different internal functions. The role involves both operational and strategic responsibility where you work with planning, follow-up, risk management, and continuous improvements. You will be an important link between the project organization and production and contribute to creating conditions for efficient and successful deliveries. Your Main Responsibilities Plan and follow up on the sub-project's activities, milestones, and deliverables Take responsibility for production's portion of the project timeline Manage delegated budget responsibility within the project framework Coordinate and lead project team members within production Identify, manage, and escalate deviations in time, cost, and quality Conduct risk analyses and ensure relevant risk reduction measures Drive and implement improvement initiatives within the operation Participate in developing processes, working methods, and standard procedures Ensure experience feedback through Lessons Learned activities Collaborate with various functions to ensure proper decision-making basis and progress Share knowledge and support colleagues' competency development Who Are You?
