Your Future Challenge With us, you'll have the opportunity to work in a developing sub-project manager role within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) with a focus on technical publications and training. As a sub-project manager, you work together in project teams with expertise in, for example, training, information engineering, and ILS technicians. You'll become part of an international and world-leading company and get to work with suppliers, internal and external customers. Examples of typical work tasks as ILS sub-project manager: - Drive and coordinate work in close collaboration with the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) both internally and externally. - Lead quotation work and prepare decision documentation within your area. - Follow up, coordinate, and ensure quality of activities and deliveries within ILS in accordance with the contract. - Plan and monitor the subsystem in the financial follow-up system, in DevOps, and in visual planning. - Follow up and ensure that development occurs within budget and according to plan against previously established internal contracts. - Collaborate with project managers and other sub-project managers within the organization to consider dependencies between support system and vehicle system development. Reporting is done in the line directly to the ILS Subsystems Management Unit Manager (PIM) and in projects to the ILS Manager. Who You Are Your leadership qualities are important to us. We're looking for someone who is a leader today and who has the will to continue developing. You have an academic education as a foundation or equivalent practical experience. Military background or experience with our products, such as work with technical publications and training, is a merit. Basic IT skills in the Office suite are a requirement, and if you have experience working in business systems, that's a plus.
