Worker/Machine Operator (m/f)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable colleague for the position of worker/machine operator in our garden spray production facility in Bezděkov u Pardubic. What awaits you with us: - work in a single-shift operation (6:00 - 14:15) in a home-like environment of a small team - loading raw materials, unloading from trucks - dispensing raw materials, adjusting the labeling machine, packaging raw materials What you will need: - flexibility, independence, and a responsible approach to work - manual dexterity and technical thinking - willingness to learn new things - forklift certification (VZV) is a plus What we offer: - start date possible immediately or by agreement - work in a friendly and stable team backed by a strong Czech company - on-site training and opportunity for long-term cooperation - base salary according to experience + monthly bonus - overtime and weekend work are properly compensated - permanent employment, full-time position.
