Delivery Assurance Lead – Supply Chain

Company Presentation For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now seeking a Delivery Assurance Lead in Supply Chain for an assignment at their site in Finspång. The company is, thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months through Unik Resurs with a very good possibility for extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the final application deadline. Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility As Delivery Assurance Lead, you are responsible for creating transparency and visualizing risks throughout the internal and external supply chain. Together with, among others, MRP and Supply Chain Coordinator, you create a current and consolidated picture of the delivery status for critical components. Your main responsibilities include: Visualizing and compiling information from procurement, planning, logistics, and contract manufacturers. Identifying and escalating gaps between planned production and actual supply capacity. Highlighting bottlenecks and risks along the material's path through the entire supply chain. Compiling and analyzing lead times and capacity constraints. Driving cross-functional initiatives to create progress and secure deliveries. Creating a clear and consolidated status picture that can be used as a basis for decision-making for both operational activities and management. Coordinating analyses and actions between procurement, planning, logistics, contract manufacturers, and production. Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in Supply Chain, for example in planning, procurement, logistics, or production. You have a good overall understanding of the supply chain and understand how different functions and processes affect each other. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have a good ability to analyze delivery capacity, identify risks, and highlight bottlenecks. Have documented experience with cross-functional work in a complex organization. Are accustomed to coordinating multiple different functions and driving matters forward. Can structure and transform large amounts of complex information into clear decision-making materials. Are communicative and comfortable presenting information to both operational activities and management. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
