Position
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on department with a focus on daily customer interactions. You always strive to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. For this position, you need to be able to combine a fast pace with great attention to detail. The role requires good teamwork skills as you will work together with store staff to create an engaging and inspiring department. The store has a carefully selected range of delicatessen and charcuterie, and all food hygiene regulations and self-inspection programs are followed.
Qualities
We are looking for someone who loves food. You are service-minded and always greet customers with a smile. You have an eye for assortment, trends, and seasons. You are communicative, unpretentious, and a humble team player. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and have a positive attitude.
Merits
Previous experience in a delicatessen department or similar.
Passionate about food and service.
Employment
The position is approximately 32 h/week, alternating weekends, Saturdays and Sundays. Parental leave substitute, starting week 37.
Varied hours between 06:45-20:15.
Salary and overtime compensation according to retail agreement.
