CHILDREN'S DANCE GROUP DIRECTOR Bauskas novada pašvaldības iestāde "Rundāles apvienības pārvalde", registration No. 90009112819, announces an open position for a Children's Dance Group Director in Svitenes Parish. Requirements for candidates: • Appropriate education in culture or education field; • Experience working with children's dance groups; • Skills and experience working with regulatory documents, document preparation, and budget compilation; • Good work planning and organizational skills; • Excellent knowledge of Latvian language; • Good communication and collaboration skills; Main job responsibilities: • Perform the duties of a Children's Dance Group Director at Rundāles apvienības pārvalde in Svitenes Parish; • Conduct regular and comprehensive rehearsals according to the established schedule; • Ensure high-quality creative activity level of the dance group; • Plan the organizational and artistic activities of the dance group; • Promote the growth of the dance group and attract new members; • Compile the dance group's repertoire and ensure its mastery; • Prepare and submit annual season work reports and next year's financial requests. We offer: • Part-time employment for an indefinite period. • 10-hour work week; • Monthly salary of 218 EUR before tax deduction; • Social benefits.
