This is a permanent position at 38.25 h/week, with a 6-month initial probationary period. About the Job As store manager, you participate in day-to-day store operations and are part of the team. Store managers at Deichmann work evenings and every other weekend, as the role involves you actively working in the store together with your employees and you always strive to exceed customer expectations. At the same time, you are a trustworthy role model who sees the bigger picture, motivates, and clarifies through focus on sales and cost targets, customer service, and employee satisfaction in the store. You are willing to take on great responsibility and have the ability to handle a sometimes eventful workday where you should have good multitasking capacity to manage everything that happens. You have experience from retail and leadership. You will work closely with your district manager and other store managers and receive training according to the Deichmann Sko concept. Together with the district manager and our store sales staff, your primary task is to ensure a sales-oriented store with a good working environment.
