We are seeking an Interim Manager / Authority Manager for Elderly Care in Stockholm County.
We are seeking an experienced interim manager on behalf of our client to lead authority operations within elderly care for the period August 1, 2026–January 31, 2027 (100%, with possibility for 3-month extension).
You will be responsible for operations, personnel (approximately 40 employees), budget, and development, with a focus on lawful assistance handling, quality improvement, and strategic management.
We are looking for someone who has:
Social work degree or equivalent higher education
Several years of experience in authority operations within elderly care
Documented management experience with personnel and budget responsibility
Very good knowledge of the Social Services Act and administrative law
Merit factors include leadership training and experience with change and development work within municipal operations.
