Make a difference. Every day. Do you want to work with evidence-based treatment of children and adolescents with self-harm and suicidal behaviors while helping develop Region Skåne's Child and Adolescent Psychiatry FACT services? Then this position might be for you. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Region Skåne is in an exciting development phase. FACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) clinics are being established in our various municipalities, and in Malmö the FACT Clinic has become permanent following a two-year pilot study. We are now developing an integrated specialized clinic with the goal of offering level-adapted care and support services to our patients with complex needs. We work actively, both internally and externally, to expand our treatment offerings and joint initiatives, as well as develop new paths for collaboration between municipalities and the region. Today, the primary services of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry FACT clinic are psychiatric and social assessment, mapping, investigation, treatment, and collaboration. We are now expanding our mission to integrate treatment for more complex conditions, such as collaboration with Lyftet ANB, collaborative psychologists, and DBT teams. Starting in fall 2026, we will integrate the DBT team into Child and Adolescent Psychiatry FACT, and therefore seek an engaged DBT therapist for our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with adolescents with emotional instability and other complex cases, and is eager to further develop DBT services within child and adolescent psychiatry. With us, you will be part of an engaged and interprofessional team of approximately 25 employees working together to create modern, cohesive, and trust-based care for adolescents and their families with complex collaborative needs. 1 position(s). DUTIES The position is primarily placed within the clinic's and area's DBT team, where the assignment consists of work according to the DBT model. The duties include assessment, individual and group therapy, skills training, and other standard DBT treatment work, in close collaboration with other professionals in the team. As a DBT therapist on our team, you will work shared between DBT and FACT based on needs, with working hours planned according to your core profession, competencies, and organizational needs. This includes person-centered patient work, with both mobile and clinic-based visits as well as collaborative efforts within the professional network. Services are directed toward patients in need of both psychiatric and social services, and the duties consist of child psychiatric assessment, investigation, mapping, psychoeducation, collaboration, and treatment according to FACT's mission and within the scope of your professional role. Since the organization is in an exciting development phase regarding the DBT assignment, there are good opportunities to contribute to developing stepwise and level-adapted care for individuals with personality disorders. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners. QUALIFICATIONS Basic requirements include healthcare education at university level and DBT training, as well as previous work experience with DBT. It is considered a merit if you have Step 1 training in CBT and have worked in child and adolescent psychiatry or other specialist psychiatry. In addition, you have good Swedish language skills both spoken and written. A valid category B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in the target group and who wants to be part of developing future care within child and adolescent psychiatry. You thrive in a developing organization, find it easy to collaborate across professional and organizational boundaries, are flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. To succeed in the role, you are an engaged and initiative-taking person who wants to contribute to both high-quality patient treatment and continued organizational development. We are committed to finding the right candidate for the position, which is why we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
