Your Role You'll become part of our operation where you work at the intersection of business and IT/OT with responsibility for developing how we use, manage, and create value from our data. It's a varied and exciting role with a malleable scope where you'll have great opportunities to influence, develop, and contribute to future solutions. You'll, among other things: Drive the strategic work of establishing data as an asset in the organization. Develop structures, principles, and working methods that enable using data as a tool for governance, analysis, innovation, and AI. Strengthen the organization's data maturity – both strategically and operationally. Lead development initiatives and projects from idea to implementation. Participate in prioritizing and developing our shared portfolio. You also hold the role of operations manager where you're responsible for collecting the business's needs, planning, prioritizing, following up, and ensuring that management and development happen in a structured and efficient way. You ensure that our systems and data evolve over time and are used in the best possible way. This is a central role where you contribute to the organization's ability to develop, improve efficiency, and create value by using data as an asset. We're Looking for You With an academic degree in IT, systems science, data/analytics, or another relevant field – or equivalent experience. You have experience working with data, digital development, or information management, and enjoy a role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational implementation. You have an understanding of how data can be used as a strategic asset for business development. Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required. We see that you also have experience with project management, good understanding of information and IT security, experience with continuous improvement work, and knowledge of methods and tools for management governance and IT governance, such as PM3 and ITIL. We'd like to see that you have experience in, or strong interest in, areas such as data governance, data quality, and data platforms. You have a strong ability to set requirements and translate the business's needs into concrete and functional solutions, and experience establishing data-driven working methods in organizations.
