About the Role
Do you want to be the one who makes complex infrastructure projects work in practice? As a Data Coordinator at Ramboll, you take a key role in creating structure where others see complexity. You set the framework for how information is managed, quality-assure deliverables, and build effective information flows that are crucial for projects to deliver according to requirements, timelines, and expectations.
You work on some of Sweden's most exciting projects and become a central part of the project organization, where you collaborate closely with project management, technical disciplines, and the client. With your structure, drive, and ability to create order in the complex, you lay the foundation for an efficient and quality-assured project delivery from start to finish.
About Ramboll and PMO Digital Delivery, Transport
Ramboll is a leading architecture, engineering, and consulting firm that develops sustainable infrastructure and the communities of the future. Within the Transport business area, we work on efficient and long-term solutions that strengthen mobility throughout the country.
At Digital Delivery, we are responsible for digital project implementation in our assignments. We ensure structure and coordination through data coordination, BIM, and digital governance, with a focus on quality, traceability, and efficient working methods.
Digital Delivery is an integrated part of our Project Management Office (PMO) where we work closely with project managers within the same organization. Together, we drive the digital implementation of projects and create structure, clarity, and efficient working methods throughout the project organization.
We are now looking for more staff with experience in the data coordinator role.
About the Role
As a Data Coordinator with us, you have a central role in how the project's digital information is structured, coordinated, and delivered. You are a key person in the project organization and take clear responsibility for creating structure, driving coordination, and ensuring that information flows work in practice.
The role involves close collaboration with project management, discipline leaders, digital project management, and the client. You function as a unifying force between technical disciplines and ensure that everyone works according to common working methods, procedures, and requirements. Through clear communication and a proactive working approach, you create the conditions for the project to remain cohesive digitally.
You take responsibility for ensuring that the project's digital working methods function from start to final delivery. This means you both support, follow up, and ensure that the right information is created, shared, and delivered on time and with the right quality.
Through your work, you contribute to an efficient, quality-assured, and well-coordinated project implementation where coordination and communication are crucial to the result.
