Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric / Azure

About the Role We are now recruiting a Data Engineer for a highly attractive consulting firm in Stockholm. Here you will work as a consultant on assignments with various customers and help build data solutions that are actually used in the business. You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, with a focus on creating structured, scalable, and usable data solutions. We are looking for someone with experience in Data Engineering who wants to continue developing within Microsoft's data and cloud technology. You don't need to know everything from the start – a solid technical foundation, curiosity, and problem-solving ability are just as important. Qualifications We believe you have: Several years of experience in Data Engineering or similar Strong SQL skills Experience with Azure Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Synapse Experience building and working with data pipelines Experience with data modeling or data transformation Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your deliverables Good communication skills in Swedish and English It is a plus if you have experience with: Python Azure Data Factory Databricks Power BI Other services within Microsoft's data and analytics platform If you have worked with multiple parts of Microsoft's data and cloud platform, that is particularly interesting Responsibilities Develop and maintain data pipelines Work with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Synapse Build and further develop data solutions in Azure Work with SQL, data modeling, and transformation Integrate data from various sources and systems Troubleshoot and improve existing data solutions Participate in designing technical solutions based on customer needs Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders As a consultant, you will work in different customer environments and projects. You are expected to take responsibility for your deliverables, but you also have experienced colleagues around you to discuss technical questions and solutions with.
