About the Role: As a Data Engineer, you'll work closely with clients to design, build, and further develop modern data platforms. You'll capture business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and use modern tools and AI support to deliver high-quality solutions. Assignments range from 6 months to several years and are carried out both independently and in teams. You might work with: Design and implementation of data platforms ETL and ELT flows Data modeling and information architecture Cloud-native solutions Automation and DevOps for data AI-driven data solutions Modernization of existing analytics platforms Technologies Commonly Used: Data Platforms: Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP Programming: SQL, Python, Scala, Java Data Engineering: DBT, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Kafka, Spark DevOps: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Data Architecture: Data Lake, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, Data Vault, Data Mesh We're Looking for You If You: Have a relevant university degree or engineering degree Have at least 4 years of work experience as a Data Engineer Have experience with modern cloud data platforms Have worked with, for example, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks Have solid knowledge of SQL and Python Have experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, and pipeline development Have experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development practices Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work That said, the most important thing is not the exact tools you've used – but that you've built real solutions and understand how data creates business value.
