Are you the person we're looking for? We're now seeking a Data Cleansing Analyst for our Process & Development Article team. This is a fixed-term position through August 2027. You'll become a key player in our data cleansing work for the article master data object. You'll focus on analytical work related to data cleansing in PIM and ERP by producing analyses that enable increased batch uploading and reduced need for manual corrections in our article master data systems. The assignment involves methodically analyzing large data sets based on given data points and the rules developed by the project. To process the article data as efficiently as possible, you'll identify patterns and perform bulk corrections in both PIM and ERP. For data points that cannot be bulk updated, you'll collaborate closely with operational resources—together you'll form our article cleansing taskforce. We plan to build a systematic rule framework to ensure efficiency, and the assignment therefore involves steering the logic for our reports and scripts that facilitate manual handling and ensure management until migration. You'll become part of Category & Procurement, reporting to the Head of Process & Development Article. Your Main Responsibilities As a Data Cleansing Analyst, you'll work with analyzing and improving the quality of our article master data in PIM and ERP. You'll identify patterns in large data sets and develop solutions that streamline data cleansing and reduce the need for manual corrections. You'll, among other things: Analyze article data and identify data quality deviations. Conduct bulk updates and corrections in PIM and ERP. Produce analyses and materials that enable a higher degree of automation. Develop and improve rule frameworks, reports, and scripts that streamline data cleansing work. Collaborate closely with operational colleagues to ensure efficient handling of article data. Contribute to long-term improvements in data quality and working methods.
