PBT Systems AB is seeking an IT Support Technician We are looking for an experienced IT support technician to work with installation, troubleshooting, and technical support of IT and data center environments. Responsibilities: • Installation and troubleshooting of servers, network equipment, and other IT hardware • Support and maintenance of Windows and Linux environments • Network troubleshooting and basic configuration • Installation and replacement of components in data centers • Remote Hands / Smart Hands and on-site technical support • Documentation of completed work Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in IT support, data center, or similar technical work • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and networking • Experience troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux environments • Good English language skills • B-class driver's license is required You need to be self-motivated, service-oriented, meticulous, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
