Nature Protection Agency Announces a competition for A Horticulture Specialist position in the Greenhouse Plants and Latvian Selection Indoor Plants Sector of the Plant Gene Fund Collections and Exhibitions Department of the National Botanic Garden Administration for an indefinite period (full-time) Requirements for candidates: Professional specialized or higher education in biology, agronomy, or another field related to the profession; Knowledge and practical experience working with indoor plants; High sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions; Good communication and collaboration skills and ability to effectively plan and organize your work; Ability to work in a team; Good skills in using office equipment and MS Office software; Desirable knowledge of English (for international cooperation with other botanic gardens and for reading professional literature). Main job duties: Scientifically and technically maintain the Greenhouse plant collections; Provide consultations to visitors according to your competence.
