Full-Time Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative Needed!

About the Position: Would you like to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where you can use your language skills daily? We are now looking for a service-oriented and committed customer service representative with fluent Danish! As a customer service representative, you will be the company's face toward our Danish customers. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and help customers with questions, orders, complaints, and technical support depending on business needs. Location: Central Gothenburg Scope: Full-time Start Date: July 27 Working Hours: Scheduled Monday–Friday with working hours varying between 08:00–20:00. Weekend work may occur. Who Are You? You are a person who thrives in a service-oriented role and is motivated by helping others. You have a solution-oriented approach and are skilled at communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. You speak Danish fluently and are comfortable using Swedish and/or English in your work. If you have previous customer service experience, that is a plus, but your attitude, commitment, and willingness to develop are most important. You work equally well independently and with others, and you contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.
