Danish-Speaking Collection Advisor

PS Finance Group is a leading player in the finance and debt collection industry, and we are now recruiting a Danish-speaking Collection Advisor to our International Team. Here you will work with cases on the Danish market together with competent colleagues who possess broad language skills and experience in cross-border receivables management. About the Role As a Collection Advisor in our International Team, you will work with case management related to Danish receivables. You are responsible for the ongoing management of cases and maintain contact with customers, debtors, authorities, and partners in the respective country. The work includes, among other things, customer responsibility, advisory services, credit analysis, payment settlements, and legal actions. The role offers great variety and suits you if you thrive with taking your own responsibility, solving problems, and developing as the business grows. Who Are You? To thrive in the role, we believe you are a responsible and solution-oriented person who enjoys working independently and taking your own initiative. You have a structured working method, good administrative skills, and are comfortable managing multiple cases in parallel. Since the role involves daily contact with customers, debtors, authorities, and partners, you are communicative and find it easy to adapt your message to different recipients. You feel confident expressing yourself professionally in both spoken and written Danish and English. You also have sufficient knowledge of Swedish to communicate freely with colleagues and participate in daily office work. As a person, you are curious, unpretentious, and appreciate collaborating with others. You are happy to contribute your knowledge while recognizing the value of learning from your colleagues. You are motivated by finding solutions, providing good service, and delivering high quality in your work. We are looking for someone who has: • Experience in customer service, administration, or case management • Very good Danish language skills, both spoken and written • Good English language skills, both spoken and written • Ability to communicate freely in Swedish in daily work It is advantageous if you have: • Experience working with debt collection, receivables, or similar case management • Post-secondary education in, for example, economics, law, public administration, or administration • Experience working with the Danish market Why Join PS Finance Group?
