About the Company Do you want to work hands-on at a fast pace during the spring tire change season? We're now looking for several tire changers for our client in Malmö ahead of the peak season. You'll be working at an authorized and professional auto shop with modern facilities and equipment. Here you'll work as part of an engaged team where safety, pace, and collaboration are the focus. This is a seasonal assignment, but for the right person, there's an opportunity for extension. About the Role As a tire changer, you'll help the shop's customers switch from winter tires to summer tires. The work is physically demanding and takes place at a fast pace, where accuracy and teamwork are essential for smooth operations. Your tasks will include: Changing tires on passenger vehicles Driving customer cars in and out of the workshop Cleaning and handling tires Fetching and storing tires in the tire storage facility Ensuring order and structure in the work environment Providing professional and friendly customer service Working as part of a team where everyone helps to create an efficient workflow. Requirements Good physical fitness and comfort with practical work Able to work at a fast pace during a limited period Speaks Swedish or English Careful, responsible, and willing to cooperate Meritorious Experience with tire changes or workshop work Manual Category B driver's license Experience with tire balancing or other tire services Other Information Location: Malmö Period: March 16 – May 16 (opportunity for extension) Working hours: 08:00–17:00 Scope: Full-time, weekdays and weekends This is a staffing assignment where you'll be employed by Miljonbemanning and work at our client's location.
