Drive and structure BI needs in a comprehensive D365 transformation. You'll be the link between business, IT, and architecture to create a prioritized and solution-oriented BI backlog. Do you want to take a leading role in shaping BI and reporting in a comprehensive D365 transformation? Here you'll combine business understanding with analytical expertise and create structure from needs to a prioritized solution direction. About the Role Own BI and reporting needs across multiple key business areas. Be the central point of contact between business, IT, architecture, and D365 workflows. Focus on needs capture, requirement formulation, prioritization, and backlog ownership. What You'll Do Establish working methods to capture, analyze, and prioritize BI needs. Facilitate workshops and structured dialogues with business stakeholders. Transform business needs into clear and prioritizable BI requirements. Maintain a consolidated BI backlog with prioritizations and initial solution direction. Collaborate with product owners, domain leads, and architects to manage dependencies. We're Looking for Someone With Solid background in BI, reporting, and analytics in business-aligned roles. Experience with needs management, requirements work, and backlog prioritization. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a larger transformation or implementation program. Ability to navigate between business processes, architecture, and IT. Relevant academic education, such as a master's degree or equivalent. Technology & Tools Microsoft Dynamics 365. Power BI. Microsoft Fabric. Microsoft's data and analytics platforms. Self-service BI and conversational analytics. Practical Information Location: Södertälje. Work arrangement: Hybrid, with on-site work 2–4 days per week. Language: Fluent English.
