About the Position You will lead and conduct risk analyses and reviews in cybersecurity. The role also includes supporting the agency's employees in their cybersecurity and data protection work, for example by providing training and conducting follow-ups in the field. You will also conduct systematic improvement work within the cybersecurity area. This means identifying, prioritizing, and implementing security enhancement measures based on the organization's needs and risk profile. You will work both in our agile network organization and in the security line organization. The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally. We work with continuous analysis and development of our services, which offers exciting security assignments and development opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to influence the development of the agency's IT security architecture. In the long run, this contributes to creating our future digital health data solutions. About You We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others in different constellations. You communicate easily with different types of people, and it is self-evident to you that you take responsibility for driving your own work forward. You can explain complex matters in a simple and substantive way, but also take a step back and adopt a holistic perspective on what you work with. We are looking for someone with: - Academic education in security or several years of current professional experience in security work - Several years of current work experience with cybersecurity within an organization performing work of public importance - Work experience with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Security Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, and ISO 27000 - Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English It is advantageous for the position if you have: - Current work experience with cybersecurity work within a government agency and/or in the health and care sector - Several years of work experience with data protection and/or security protection within the last five years - Certifications in areas such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar - Current work experience with security frameworks/cybersecurity methods such as NIST CSF, CIS18, and COBIT What We Offer The eHealth Agency is a growing authority driving the development of national digital infrastructure in health, care, and social services.
