Customer Service Specialist – (Norwegian/English)
Start: Immediately or by agreement
Scope: Full time 100% - working hours are office hours Monday-Friday
Location: Onsite in Solna with the option to work hybrid 2 days per week

About the Role
In this role, you will provide customer service for several of our partners via phone, chat, and email. You will help customers with inquiries, provide support, and work to create a positive customer experience in every interaction.
You will become part of an engaged team where service and collaboration are in focus.
About You
You speak and write fluent Norwegian and English
You have a genuine interest in customer service
You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude
You enjoy communicating with people and working at a fast pace
Meritorious but not required:
Knowledge of Swedish
Customer service experience
We Offer
The employment will begin with thorough introduction and support from experienced colleagues
We have a collective agreement through Unionen and the salary range for this position is between 22,000 and 25,000 SEK per month, depending on experience
Base location: the office in Solna, with the option for hybrid work after training
Varied work with multiple different clients
