Then this could be the right opportunity for you! We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our team in Solna. About the role In this role, you will provide customer service for several of our partners via phone, chat, and email. You help customers with questions, provide support, and work to create a positive customer experience in every interaction. You will become part of an engaged team where service and collaboration are in focus. In the role you will be responsible for: Handling incoming support tickets Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Registering, prioritizing, and following up on incidents and service requests Creating user accounts and managing permissions Resetting passwords and administering users in Active Directory Ensuring a professional and positive customer experience No two days are alike and you will have the opportunity to develop both your technical knowledge and your service skills. We are looking for you who: Speak fluent Danish and Swedish and have good English skills Are service-minded and enjoy customer contact Are structured and solution-oriented Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team Previous customer service experience is a plus but not a requirement – you will receive thorough onboarding with us!
