Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete customer order flow from receipt through dispatch, invoicing, and related administrative tasks - Daily communication with customers (via email and phone) - Full customer care from pricing inquiries to technical changes - Receiving and processing customer orders - Coordinating production and delivery schedules - Submitting production requests and collaborating on technical order specifications - Coordinating quality complaints.
