You're passionate about delivering excellent service and thrive in a role where you can build long-term customer relationships. You're organized, thorough, and able to stay calm even when the pace is high. As a person, you're positive, engaged, and enjoy working with others toward common goals.
It's a plus if you have experience from the marine industry or have worked with technical products. Knowledge of marine safety products, understanding of logistics and order flows, experience with the Monitor business system, and experience in customer service for consumer products are also considered advantageous.
