Customer Relationship Manager, Bank of China, Stockholm

In 2012, they opened an office in Stockholm, and since then have expanded their presence in Sweden and the Nordic region. Their goal is to become the best local corporate bank, and as a continuation of their expansion journey, they are now seeking a new colleague for the Stockholm office, where you would join the Business Development department. Responsibilities As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for exploring business opportunities in corporate financing on the Nordic financial and banking market. By establishing business relationships with global companies in the Nordic countries and local leading companies within key industries, you will contribute to the bank's growth and profitability. Your role includes driving both strategic and operational sales work with a focus on expanding in the Nordic region by establishing new customer relationships. You will provide professional service, maintain numerous international contacts, and understand customer needs to find the best solutions. You will also write credit reports, perform work related to annual credit reviews, and other related tasks. The position involves some travel, primarily within the Nordic region as that is your market focus. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Bachelor's degree in economics/finance; master's degree is a plus • Minimum two years of experience in corporate banking; an advantage if you have an extensive network in the Nordic region and previous experience with large companies in finance and banking • You have likely worked in banking for much longer than that, possibly in a more advisory or strategic role • Fluent English; an advantage if you speak Swedish and/or Chinese To thrive in this role, you are skilled at driving your own work forward and take great responsibility for completing what you have committed to.
