Your Responsibilities
Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with company guidelines
Handle content that violates policies or may pose security risks
Follow internal guidelines and ensure they are applied correctly
Identify patterns and trends to prevent risks and improve quality
Contribute to a safe and secure digital environment for users worldwide
We're Looking for You
Have excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with sensitive or challenging content
Can make well-reasoned decisions and justify them
Have strong analytical skills and can identify recurring patterns
Are organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience investigating fraud, spam, or inappropriate content is a plus
Qualifications
Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
English at least B2 level
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria
