ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer Care Specialist, you're responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and delivering exceptional service in every interaction. You nurture and strengthen customer relationships through regular follow-up, prevent churn, and drive win-back activities. By analyzing feedback and trends, you contribute to continuous improvements. In your role, you collaborate closely with other departments, use digital customer tools effectively, and work in a structured, thorough, and proactive manner. You have strong inner drive, are self-directed and take initiative, with excellent collaboration skills. You share our core values: customer focus, commitment, and reliability.
