If you additionally have several years of experience as a security guard, we consider this a merit. Your Swedish must be very good in both speech and writing, and we would appreciate if you are multilingual. About the Security Guard Role at CSG: To thrive in the role, you are expected to be responsible, have the ability to make decisions, and handle stressful situations. It is also good to know that before you can begin your assignment, you will spend a few days completing site-specific training as well as a certification test. If you have experience from other uniformed professions, security guard training, or other training within the security industry, we consider this a merit but it is not a requirement.
