CSG is now seeking a Bid Manager / Tender Manager – A strategic role in a growing CSG CSG continues to grow and is now looking for an engaged and business-driven Bid Manager / Tender Manager who wants to become a key player in our continued development. About the Role As a Bid Manager / Tender Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating our bid processes for both public and private procurement. You work closely with our operations managers, operations organization, and other key functions to develop well-written, thoroughly prepared, and competitive bids that reflect the quality of our services and offerings. You will be an important part of our continued growth journey and have significant influence over how we develop and strengthen our bid work going forward. Your Responsibilities • Drive and coordinate the entire bid process – from analysis of tender documents to bid submission. • Write, quality assure, and develop bids with a strong focus on quality and business value. • Ensure that bids meet all requirements and are submitted on time. • Collaborate with the operations organization, operations managers, HR, finance, and other specialists to develop the best possible bid. • Develop templates, processes, and methods for even stronger and more efficient bid work. • Follow up on completed procurements and contribute to continuous improvements. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who loves to write and has a natural sense of language, structure, and quality. You are analytical, thorough, and comfortable working toward clear deadlines without compromising on results. We believe you have: • Experience writing and coordinating bids, preferably in public procurement. • Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. • Very good stylistic ability and ease in formulating clear, persuasive, and well-structured texts. • The ability to translate complex information into clear and business-oriented bids. • A structured work approach and good project management skills. • A humble attitude and ease in collaborating with different parts of the organization. It is meritorious if you have experience from the security industry or Facility Management, but it is not a requirement.
