When disaster strikes, we're already on the ground helping vulnerable people, in large part thanks to 16 million volunteers. Swedish Red Cross conducts activities within crisis and disaster response, protection issues, and health and care. We have the trust to convert contributions from individuals, companies, and government agencies into concrete action for the most vulnerable. We fight to save lives and give hope, everywhere and every day. Regardless of what role you work in, you're part of it and making a contribution – in your profession and through action and courage. Welcome to our world! Do you want to help develop donor relationships at the Red Cross? Are you passionate about data-driven marketing, customer journeys, and fundraising? Do you have experience in telemarketing and developing long-term customer relationships, and are you driven by creating results through analysis, insights, and optimization? Then this might be the role for you. At the Red Cross, you'll have the opportunity to combine business acumen and innovation with a meaningful mission. We're now looking for a senior relationship marketer who wants to take overall responsibility for our telemarketing activities and help develop customer journeys that strengthen fundraising and loyalty. You'll become an important part of an engaged team focused on increasing fundraising and building long-term relationships with people who want to contribute to a more humane society. About the Role As a CRM Marketing Manager, you're responsible for developing and optimizing our telemarketing efforts and driving initiatives that enhance donor experience and fundraising. You'll work closely with colleagues in fundraising, other CRM marketers, digital communications, and external partners to ensure our activities are relevant, effective, and contribute to strengthened business results. Your Main Responsibilities - Drive, develop, and innovate our telemarketing activities together with an external agency to increase both fundraising and donor loyalty. - Develop and lead projects in the donor journey across digital and postal channels to increase donor experience, fundraising, and loyalty. - Identify new opportunities to increase fundraising through analysis, data-driven insights, and creative initiatives. - Follow up, analyze, and optimize campaigns, processes, and results. - Contribute to the development of future CRM marketing within the Red Cross. You Have - Three to five years of experience ordering, project managing, and developing telemarketing activities together with external providers. - Experience with project management in CRM marketing. - Experience producing communications – for example, copywriting. - Strong analytical skills and experience working data- and insight-driven to create results. - Good collaboration skills and a humble approach. - Interest in how AI and new technology can be used to improve efficiency and relevance within CRM, telemarketing, and digital fundraising. It's a Plus If You Have - Experience from a fundraising organization or mission-driven organization. - Experience with agile working methods in marketing or digital teams. - Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, or advanced segmentation. - Experience with digital marketing, conversion optimization, and CRO work. - Understanding of digital payment flows, conversion optimization, and user experience. About the Team You'll become part of an agile and engaged team with shared responsibility for strengthening relationships with our donors. We work closely together, share knowledge, and are driven to create the greatest possible value for the Red Cross's humanitarian work. Here you'll have the opportunity to influence both strategically and operationally – and help develop the future of fundraising together with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues. Other Information This is a permanent full-time position based at our office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. We apply a six-month probationary period. We currently work on average three days per week from the office and offer the opportunity to work remotely the rest of the time. Start date by agreement. How We Recruit We welcome your application by August 10, 2026. Apply by answering the selection questions and attaching your CV. If you have questions about the position, please contact the recruiting manager Malin Barnö at [email protected]. Swedish Red Cross strives to be an inclusive organization with employees who contribute to diversity in perspective, experience, and background. We believe that makes us more relevant. Therefore, we're happy to recruit people with different ethnic and social backgrounds, gender identity and expression, faith, age, functional variations, and sexual orientation. Our recruitment process begins with an initial screening based on an established candidate profile, followed by interviews and in some cases online tests, as well as background checks and reference checks. Since Swedish Red Cross participates in the "Inter-Agency Scheme for the Disclosure of Safeguarding-related Misconduct" to protect our sector from sexual abuse, we ask specific questions about this from your references. Final candidates may also be screened against EU and UN sanctions lists. Please visit our careers page to get to know Swedish Red Cross better.
