We are now looking for a Credit Operations Specialist for our AFT business area (administrative and financial services), which handles a wide range of the company's corporate financing. About the role In this role, you are responsible for administration and management of credit collateral throughout the credit process. You ensure that documentation, agreements, and collateral maintain high quality, are correctly registered, and comply with applicable regulations, internal instructions, and policies. The role also involves important responsibility for claim management, risk controls, and follow-up of customer receivables. You work closely with both internal and external contacts and actively contribute to developing and improving processes, working methods, and system support within the business. Some additional tasks the role includes are: · Administer and follow up on credit collateral, agreements, and security documentation. · Ensure that credits, collateral, and contractual terms are correctly registered and verify that all conditions, agreements, and collateral are available to Svea and fulfilled before disbursement. · Maintain ongoing contact with customers, representatives, external partners, and government agencies as needed. · Be responsible for claim management through follow-up of overdue receivables, collection matters, and payment agreements. · Conduct quality controls, identify risks, and report deviations. Experience and Qualifications You have completed upper secondary education, preferably with an economic focus. It is a merit if you also have post-secondary studies in economics or finance, but this is not required. We consider it highly beneficial to have experience working in credit management, collateral administration, invoicing, claim management, or credit risk matters. You are a proficient user of the Office suite and speak fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good English skills. Who are you? At the same time, you are self-driven and enjoy responsibility, but also value collaboration with colleagues. With your ability to build constructive relationships, both internally and externally, you contribute to positive collaboration where you willingly come forward with suggestions and initiatives for improvements.
