The role also involves designing appropriate processes and systems for financial planning and monitoring that are relevant to specific projects. You will be part of a controlling team of three people and report to SEI's Director of Finance and Operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Prepare, review and approve project budgets • Develop and manage project financial planning and monitoring systems • Monitor and compile project financial reports to funders • Prepare and manage project audits • Budget and forecast work • Collaboration with and advisory services to SEI's international centers Your Profile We see that you have at least three years of experience with similar tasks within financial analysis and monitoring and thrive in an international organization with employees from around the world. You hold a higher education degree in economics. As a person, you have a highly developed analytical mind. You are structured and work according to a clear process, and you organize and plan your work well. Since SEI's main working language is English, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. To succeed in the role, you possess a consultative approach where your ability to build good relationships is highly valued. You are an advanced Excel user and have a solid interest in systems. Previous work with the Unit4 business system and BI systems is considered meriting.
