Fresenius Kabi is now seeking a Controller for the marketing organization with offices in central Uppsala. Here you are offered a developing role with great variety, many contact points, and the opportunity to work closely with the business. About the Position As a Controller, you will work closely with our Finance Manager on reporting, closing-related activities, budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up. The role combines operational responsibility for reporting and financial processes with analysis and business support to the organization. You will collaborate closely with the business within sales, marketing, and logistics, and maintain ongoing contact with production units in Uppsala and Brunna. The role also includes some contact with group functions and colleagues across Europe. Responsibilities • Responsible for monthly reporting and follow-up of sales, results, balance sheet, and key metrics • Actively participate in budget, forecast, and strategy processes • Prepare analyses and decision-making materials for the business • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to working capital and personnel-related key metrics • Ensure quality and structure in reporting templates and financial materials • Responsible for uploading and quality assurance of financial information in the group's reporting system • Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, reports, and system support • Provide support and serve as backup to the Finance Manager on financial matters Relevant Background We are looking for someone with an academic education in economics and a few years of experience in qualified accounting. You have a good understanding of accounting and financial flows, as well as experience with reporting, analysis, and follow-up. • Academic education in economics or equivalent • 2–4 years of experience in controlling tasks and/or qualified accounting • Good understanding of accounting, closing work, and income statement and balance sheet • Experience with budget, forecast, and follow-up work • Very good Excel skills • Good system experience; SAP experience is a merit • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Personal Qualities As a person, you are analytical, structured, and responsible. You are comfortable working both operatively and analytically, and find it easy to build good relationships with different parts of the business. Furthermore, you are proactive, curious, and motivated by developing processes and ways of working. About the Company Fresenius Kabi has approximately 1,000 employees in Sweden. Most of our employees work within Global Operations Parenteral Nutrition & Generic Drugs. We also have departments for Marketing and IT. Our modern production facility for intravenous nutritional solutions is located in Uppsala.
