We are now recruiting a Controller for our client in Gothenburg with immediate start. About the Assignment We are seeking a full-time Controller for our client in Gothenburg for a consulting position through Bemannia with immediate start through the end of the year. You will work from the client's office in Gothenburg and have the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week. As a Controller, you will work both supportively and challengingly toward the business to ensure results, track key metrics, and contribute to well-founded decision-making materials. You will have a central role in budgeting and forecasting work as well as in developing analyses and reports for those responsible for budgets. Your Tasks The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in different parts of the organization, and you are expected to actively contribute to internal development and improvement initiatives. As a Controller, you will, among other things: Drive and develop budgeting and forecasting work. Analyze financial data and translate it into clear and value-creating presentations. Work proactively with in-depth financial analyses based on operational needs as well as company strategy and objectives. Prepare decision-making materials and be responsible for reporting to various units and departments. Identify future risks and opportunities and contribute to solutions that ensure long-term sustainability. Challenge, coach, and educate the business on commercial and real estate economic matters. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and requirements and contribute to continuous process development. Contribute to continuous improvement work within your area of responsibility. Provide management support based on your area of responsibility and competencies. Your Qualifications Academic degree in economics, at least at bachelor's level. At least 3 years of experience as a controller. Experience working with various finance-related business, planning, and follow-up systems. Experience working in a medium-sized or large organization (>50 employees). Very strong knowledge of MS Office.
