The Finance and Premises Division is a support and service function to the administration's core operations. The division consists of:

The position is placed in the Finance Unit, which consists of approximately 10 employees. Our office is located at Slakthusplan, close to Globen metro and light rail.

Your role
As a controller in the Finance Unit, you work towards the client activities within the business areas of disability services and social psychiatry. The role involves close collaboration with the division manager, unit managers and budget coordinators where you serve as a strategic and operationally close support in matters concerning finance, follow-up, analysis and internal control.
You work both operatively and strategically with budget processes, forecasts and financial follow-up to create good decision-making materials and contribute to a long-term sustainable operation. The role also involves driving the development of financial processes and working methods as well as participating in various investigations, projects and city-wide networks.
Your main responsibilities:
Budgeting, forecasts and follow-up within your business area
Monthly and annual accounts
Support, materials and qualified analyses on financial matters
Environmental monitoring
Training and professional development of budget-responsible managers
Participate in city-wide controller networks
Your competence and experience
We are looking for someone who has: (requirements)
University or college education in finance or other education deemed equivalent
Experience working as a controller or similar qualified finance function
Experience with budget follow-up and financial processes
Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial materials and operational analyses
Very good Excel skills
Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
It is meriting if you have:
Experience working in Stockholm city or another politically governed organization
Knowledge of the business areas disability services and social psychiatry
Experience with the systems Agresso (Agresso desktop) and Hypergene.
