Drive development together with Region Nord's management As Controller for Region Nord, you will have a central role in an operation that spans from Mora, Leksand, Gävle to northern Sweden. You work closely with the Regional Manager, CFO, and other leaders to create understanding of the operation's results and identify opportunities for improvement. This is a role for someone who wants to be where decisions are made. You are responsible for the region's controlling work while also serving as proactive support to operations on both operational and strategic matters. Your main areas of responsibility include: * Monthly financial statements and reporting * Budget and forecasting work * Result and variance analyses * Post-calculation and investment follow-up * Preparation of decision-making materials for management and supervisors * Analysis of operational and financial KPIs * Identify improvement opportunities and drive development initiatives * Support Regional Manager and operations with recommendations and action plans You report to the Regional Manager North and work closely with the company's CFO. The role involves many contact points, including with operational managers, department heads, operations managers, and administrative functions. Are you the business-oriented Controller we're looking for? We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in controlling and financial management, but who is also motivated by understanding the operations behind the numbers. You are curious, communicative, and enjoy translating analysis into concrete recommendations that create business value. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: * University degree in business administration/economics or equivalent experience * Several years of experience as a controller, operational controller, business controller, or similar role * Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, follow-up, and analysis * Good systems knowledge and great interest in digital working methods * Excellent skills in Excel or equivalent analysis tools * Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written As a person, you are: * Self-driven and responsible * Analytical with good business understanding * Proactive and solution-oriented * Communicative and skilled at building trust * Social and collaboration-oriented * Comfortable both challenging and supporting operations We believe you have approximately 3-8 years of experience in controlling or financial management and are now seeking a role where you have greater impact on the operation's development.
