About the Position As a Plant Controller, you will have a central role where you serve as financial support to the factory's operations and management. Your daily work will be characterized by both strategic questions and daily operational tasks. In collaboration with the company's other controllers in Sweden, you will bring financial expertise to the operations in Hässleholm. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Work in close proximity to production with daily financial analyses and calculations Prepare financial decision-making materials for the operations Manage budget, forecast, and follow-up work Participate in monthly and annual financial statements Analyze key figures, costs, investments, and profitability Identify improvement and development areas together with production Drive and support change and efficiency initiatives Ensure internal controls and financial monitoring Present financial analyses and results to operations and management About You We are looking for someone with a strong interest in both finance and production. You thrive working close to operations and have an aptitude for translating financial analyses into concrete improvement suggestions. You are analytical, structured, and driven by developing operations through data-driven decisions. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or equivalent Approximately 3–5 years of experience as a Controller or in a similar finance function Experience with budget work, forecasts, financial statements, and financial monitoring Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and business-oriented. You have strong drive and thrive working both strategically and operationally. You are communicative and build trust easily in the organization, while at the same time being willing to challenge existing practices to contribute to improvements and increased profitability. We would also like to see that you have a technical interest that you can apply in a manufacturing environment.
