With us, you will have a key role where you monitor, analyze, and develop the management of some of the largest care agreements within healthcare. You work in a purchaser organization with responsibility for ensuring that residents receive high-quality care while resources are used efficiently. You will be part of the Finance & Analysis department where controllers, system managers, and finance administrators work together with a focus on monitoring, management, and development. Unlike a traditional hospital controller, you work in a purchaser organization with a focus on financing, agreement management, and monitoring. Your responsibilities include: • Monitor and analyze costs, production, and variances • Analyze care volumes, reimbursements, DRG points, and other production metrics • Prepare operational statistics, key figures, and decision-making materials • Conduct budget, forecast, and outcome analyses • Monitor care agreements and reimbursement models • Identify financial risks, trends, and development areas • Participate in developing agreements, reimbursement models, and monitoring structures • Present analyses and recommendations to management and operations Challenges and Opportunities You work in a complex environment where finance, care production, agreements, and quality monitoring need to be understood in context. What You Need to Bring Requirements • University degree in finance or economics • At least three years of experience as a controller with focus on monitoring, analysis, and operations management • Experience working in publicly funded and politically governed operations • Very strong analytical skills • Very good Excel skills • Strong ability to communicate in speech and writing Meritorious • Experience from healthcare or other complex operations • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, agreements, and production logic • Experience monitoring hospital care or specialized care • Knowledge of DRG, care production, and healthcare financing • Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools • Experience with agreement monitoring or agreement management Who You Are We are looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, solution-oriented, and analytical. For this role, the starting salary is normally between 50,000 - 60,000 SEK depending on experience and qualifications. For permanent employment, a probationary period may apply.
