Bra Liv Management Team
Do you want to help develop Bra Liv health centers so we can continue to deliver some of the country's best primary care? Right now we are looking for a committed and trustworthy controller with a strong focus on operations.
The Controller Role
You will work in a team with a Chief Financial Officer and three controllers. Together with your colleagues, you support the operations in matters related to financial and operational development. You will be responsible for approximately 10 health centers, but you will also work on tasks that concern the entire organization.
Your responsibilities include working closely with operational managers to develop budgets and forecasts for each health center. You will also conduct follow-ups and analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis for both finances and operations. To assist you, you will have access to several different systems for generating operational statistics and more.
Other responsibilities include working proactively with health centers to achieve the highest possible target fulfillment, as well as proposing and supporting the implementation of improved working methods and procedures together with the other controllers. You will also participate in the organization's overarching focus groups.
Work is conducted in close collaboration with operational managers, management, HR partners, and others.

The controller position is part of Bra Liv's management team and the workplace is located in Jönköping.
Your Profile
You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex relationships in a pedagogical way. You also have the ability to have an overview of the whole situation while maintaining focus on the right details. You have structured working methods that focus on results and follow up on these continuously. You are self-driven in your approach and a real problem-solver. Additionally, you fit in easily and create effective and good working relationships with the ability to both coach and make demands. You are motivated by driving improvement efforts.
You must have a university degree in economics. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and it is beneficial if you have experience working in a consultative role in close collaboration with operational managers.
You express yourself easily in speech and writing and can summarize and communicate information in a simple and clear way. You have good knowledge of the Office package and especially Excel.
You will regularly visit health centers located throughout Jönköping County and therefore need to have a driver's license.
