Contract Manager

About the RoleAs a Contract Manager, you will support sales and aftermarket operations within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with the product and sales organization. You play a central role in driving and coordinating customer-related activities throughout the entire business process, from quote preparation and contract negotiations to follow-up and delivery. Your main responsibilities include: Lead and execute quote and contract work with customers. Manage project execution of customer requests and quotes according to established processes and procedures. Coordinate and drive customer-related activities internally and externally before, during, and after sales. Ensure work is completed according to established process descriptions, instructions, and routines. Oversee order placement, invoicing, and reporting according to established follow-up procedures. Contribute to the development of the contract function and support colleagues in this area. Build and develop long-term customer relationships through a professional and business-oriented approach. This is a six-month consulting assignment based in Karlsborg. Who Are You?We are looking for someone with a higher education in engineering, economics, or equivalent experience. You have experience in marketing and sales, cost estimation, contract and commercial terms, and project management. You also have a solid understanding of products and a strong business focus. As a person, you are communicative and have a natural ability to build trust and establish strong relationships, both internally and externally. You thrive in collaborative environments and are accustomed to working cross-functionally where coordination and dialogue are key success factors. At the same time, you are structured, thorough, and quality-conscious with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities without losing focus on details or delivery. You are engaged, responsible, and highly motivated in your work. With strong analytical skills and good judgment, you can make well-founded decisions even in complex situations. You also find it easy to understand and follow rules, processes, and procedures, ensuring that work is conducted correctly and in a business-appropriate manner. For this role, you must be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and be able to communicate professionally and clearly.
