About the Role The Contract Manager role is broad. Your responsibility involves supporting operations in Karlsborg by coordinating and driving contract work forward from inquiry to quotation, order management, and delivery. The work is carried out in close collaboration with customers, the sales organization, and product offices within the business area. You will be part of a team of eleven colleagues spread across our four operational locations. - Responsibilities and tasks include, among other things: - Support sales and after-market activities - Lead and execute quotation and contract work. - Lead and execute program management, including coordination of customer-related activities regarding contract matters internally and externally before, during, and after sales. - Manage ordering and invoicing as well as reporting via designated templates for tracking. The position is based with us in Karlsborg and you report to the Manager Contracts. Your Profile We are looking for someone who finds motivation in driving your work forward, achieving results together with others, and who has commercial experience and has handled agreements and contracts over extended periods. Further, we see that you: - have education in engineering or economics at university level, or equivalent knowledge through work experience - have strong financial knowledge - have an understanding of contract terms and commercial conditions - have good experience working in business systems - have experience from the defense industry or other manufacturing industry - communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing To succeed in this role, we see that you are a business-minded and thorough person who generously shares your knowledge.
