YOUR ROLE As a Concierge, you will have a broad and varied role with service and customer interactions as important parts of your responsibilities. In your role, you will staff our reception, welcome visitors and suppliers, prepare for conferences and breakfast events, and much more. You will be the building's "jack of all trades." The position will be at our two facilities in Helsingborg. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and going the extra mile for our members every day. In this role, experience from a similar position in service, conference management, sales, customer service, or café/restaurant is prioritized. You enjoy building relationships, are social, solution-oriented, and a quick problem-solver. It is beneficial if you are based in the Malmö area. APPLICATION Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday, but evening and weekend work may occur. Work at one of our other facilities may also occur.
