Assignment Description
This is a business-oriented analyst role at the intersection of operations, process, and data. Less focus on traditional requirements documentation and greater focus on dialogue, process understanding, and translating customer needs into clear data requirements.
Your main responsibilities:
Customer Dialogue & Data Requirements: Drive direct dialogue with external customers to understand their data needs and define a shared "minimum data set" that the development team can build from.
Independent Leadership: Independently lead customer dialogues and consolidate information from parallel discussions into clear conclusions and actionable deliverables.
Collaboration & Testing: Work closely with data engineers, contribute to the SAP transformation, and support testing and verification of deliverables.
Critical Data Domains: Manage data domains such as sales data, inventory levels, out-of-stock situations, controlled pharmaceutical products, and invoice data to financial systems.
Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure high accuracy and traceability, as incorrect data can have significant business and compliance consequences.
Mandatory Requirements
We are seeking a specialist rather than a generalist – a profile that values depth over breadth, has commercial thinking, and is comfortable conducting business dialogues. To meet the requirements, you have:
Documented experience in direct customer dialogue and external work (not solely internal roles).
Experience negotiating with external parties and reaching consensus on different needs and expectations.
Experience with SAP and the business processes supported by the system.
Experience in data modeling.
Understanding of distribution and logistics as a business area.
Comfortable working at the interface between process and technology with the ability to translate requirements both ways.
Fluent English in speech and writing.
Desirable Requirements
Good knowledge of Swedish.
Experience from pharmaceutical distribution, life science, or other regulated industries.
Experience with SAP migrations or other major transformation programs.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Azure or Databricks.
Experience with data sharing with external parties.

Assignment Period: 2026-09-07 - 2027-09-01
Remote Work: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week
