As a Collector in DS-General, you will work with Intrum's follow-up process together with the collection flow in the Nova DS system. The role combines administrative responsibility with some customer interaction, where the focus is on driving business forward in administrative areas. You work in a modern and proactive manner and find the most efficient solutions in processes and workflows. You will work primarily in the Nova system, where you combine structure, business drive, and comprehensive solutions to maximize results. The role includes, among other things: Administrative work related to end customers, customers, Kronofogden, and other authorities Structured work with lists and portfolios to prioritize the right cases at the right time Work in various systems, processes, and make business decisions Close collaboration with internal teams and external authorities to create quality and efficiency throughout the entire workflow Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience from a similar role and who is accustomed to working with administrative tasks. You have a proactive and creative work approach, challenge both yourself and others, and have the ability to make difficult decisions and communicate them in a professional and pedagogical manner. You are skilled at written and verbal communication and are driven by finding the best solutions for Intrum's end customers and clients. With humility, you can put yourself in others' situations and build trust. You are positive and committed to contributing to continuous change and improvement work to ensure high quality in our delivery. To succeed in the role, you also need to be comfortable navigating between different system environments in a simple and efficient way.
