We are now seeking a Collector for Intrum's office in Gothenburg with immediate start. As a Collector within Portfolio Investments, you will work with managing and developing cases in Intrum's acquired portfolios. The role involves a combination of administrative handling and customer dialogue, with a focus on driving cases forward and finding sustainable solutions for both customers and the business. You work proactively and use both phone and digital communication channels to reach and assist customers. The role requires a structured work approach, good problem-solving skills, and an interest in creating results through professional and business-oriented handling. You will work primarily in Intrum's Nova system, where you manage, follow up on, and drive cases through the entire process. The role includes, among other things: Managing and following up on cases in portfolios Having active dialogue with customers via phone and digital channels Working in a structured manner with prioritization and case follow-up Identifying and implementing appropriate measures to move cases forward Handling processes with authorities, customers, and other external parties Working closely with colleagues and other functions to ensure high quality and efficiency in delivery Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods and processes Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work, customer contact, or other similar relevant experience. Experience from debt collection, customer service, banking, finance, or similar operations is a plus. You are someone who thrives on taking responsibility for your work and is driven by creating results. At the same time, you have the ability to meet people in a professional and humble manner. You work in a structured way, have good analytical skills, and feel comfortable managing multiple cases in parallel.
