Collections Analyst

(Prague) Contact: Nikolai Nepomniashchii, e-mail: [email protected] Reported by: Nikolai Nepomniashchii, e-mail: [email protected] Management of assigned customer account portfolio and active execution of activities focused on collections and receivables recovery. o Contacting customers by phone, email, and through online meetings to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. o Monitoring and management of overdue accounts, including ensuring appropriate follow-up actions. o Review and analysis of aging reports to identify collection priorities and potential risks. o Recording and management of customer payment commitments and payment term agreements. o Investigation of reasons for payment delays and collaboration with customers to resolve issues. o Cooperation with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Finance teams to remove obstacles preventing successful collections. o Preparation of regular reports on overdue receivables, collections performance, aging trends, and bad debt risk. o Support for bad debt review processes, write-offs, and escalation of collection cases as needed. o Maintenance of accurate documentation of collection activities, customer communications, disputes/claims, and payment plans in company internal systems. o Participation in monthly closing activities related to Accounts Receivable and collections reporting. o Support for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing overdue receivables and increasing collection efficiency. o Compliance with company policies, internal control mechanisms, and financial processes.
